FIELD: cryogenic equipment, Stirling cryogenic gas machines, particularly adapted to recover light fractions of hydrocarbons generated during hydrocarbon pumping and storage in tanks.
SUBSTANCE: vapor recovery plant comprises cryogenic Stirling machine, liquid nitrogen storage vessel, discharge line to drain liquid nitrogen from cryogenic machine condenser into liquid nitrogen vessel, open-type heat-exchanger provided with cooler located therein, nitrogen supply line, which delivers nitrogen from liquid nitrogen vessel to cryogenic machine condenser. Nitrogen supply line passes through cooler and includes liquid nitrogen section located downstream the cooler and saturated nitrogen vapor line, which conveys saturated nitrogen vapor from the cooler. Vapor recovery plant also has vapor-air mixture supply line, which communicates oil product tank with open-type heat-exchanger and air discharge line, which discharges air from open-type heat-exchanger. Additional heat-exchanger is located in vapor-air mixture supply line between oil product tank and open-type heat-exchanger. Air discharge line, which discharges air from open-type heat-exchanger passes through additional heat-exchanger.
