FIELD: tobacco industry, in particular, technique for transportation of bulk tobacco materials.
SUBSTANCE: belt conveyor has transportation belt furnished with vibratory unit having individual drive, and charging chute disposed above transportation belt. Vibratory unit of transportation belt is made in the form of at least two individual vibratory parts, each comprising at least one roller having eccentric members and symmetrically arranged counterweights. In case of employment on rollers of all vibratory parts of eccentric members with equal actual radiuses, distance between transportation belt and axes of rollers of first vibratory part where bulk tobacco material is charged is minimal, and distance from transportation belt to axes of rollers of subsequent vibratory parts increases. In case axes of rollers of all vibratory parts are equally spaced from transportation belt, actual radius of eccentric members of first vibratory part is maximum and indicated radius is reducing for eccentric members of rollers of subsequent vibratory parts. Each vibratory part has individual adjustment members providing independent adjustment of amplitude and direction of vibration, and individual adjustment members providing independent adjustment of transportation belt vibration regardless of belt velocity.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and compaction of tobacco during transportation along transportation belt.
