FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: surgical apparatus for stitching tissues has crossing branches connected by hinges provided with rings for fingers, working grips mounted onto any branch for in-turn controlled motion, and straight needle provided with opening for thread. Any grip has through profiled groove; needle is mounted for move into groove; needle has two sharpened working ends and two symmetrical oriented recesses. Profiled groove is made in grip and branch In perpendicular to groove; axis is shifted. Regulator is mounted into groove. Regulator engages recess of needle and it is cinematically connected with rocking-arm by means of crawlers. Rocking-arm is made in form of two-armed lever with two arcs, which interacts with link in turn. Link is made in form of rod. It is inserted into spring and hinges with cam connect it. Cam is movable fixed onto left branch and it can make contact with variable cross-section protrusion tightly connected to branch.
