FIELD: medical engineering; surgery. SUBSTANCE: device has fixative, moving jaw and thread pulling-out/up facility synchronized with passing of needle and having needle ligature through tissues. Device casing has internal suturing mechanism and operating part in form of arc-shaped needle guide and needle pusher. Internal suturing mechanism includes moving body with driving gear mounted on driving shaft and needle pusher made as perforated driving belt capable of pressing the needle over all length of the latter. Moving jaw is hinge-connected to body and is provided with guiding grooves made also in moving body to ensure accurate passage of needle in preset direction. EFFECT: effective used in deep hollows for connection of large surfaces by means of atraumatic needles. 2 cl, 1 dwg
