Heights of ridges are equal at least to distance between centers of openings. Openings are disposed along elongated sleeve among continuous and broken ridges at first part of helical surface. First part of helical surface is disposed at edge of sleeve. Second part of helical surface is made in form of elongated sleeve fastening aid. Stiletto is disposed in removable protruding tube. Tube is mounted in cavity of elongated sleeve. Height of stiletto exceeds length of removable tube and it is spring-loaded for longitudinal movement for distance being equal to at least length of part of stiletto protruding from end of removable tube.
