FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: trocar with external and internal atraumatic fixation for endoscopic operations contains bushing in form of hollow cylindrical case from biologically inert material and stop. Bushing has canal for instrument introduction and support element for internal fixation in puncture. Support element is located on internal surface of case butt end. Stop envelops bushing case and is made in form of detachable elastic element from rubber for external fixation of bushing in puncture, whose internal diameter corresponds to external diameter of bushing case.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of carrying out surgery due to achievement of simple, reliable external and internal atraumatic trocar fixation, maximally eliminating its migration, increase of mobility, convenience and safety of manipulation performance.
