FIELD: heavy engineering industry; devices for coupling and welding of the pipes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of pipe production, in particular, to device for coupling and welding of the pipes of the big length. The device contains: the welding trolleys made with the capability of relocation on the rails using the rollers; the rollers supports for the tubular billet mounted on the trolleys; the welding assembly and the traction mounted below the level of the rails. The roller supports are made driving and turning. The trolleys, one of which is made driving and other - non-driving, are linked to each other by the indicated traction. For relocation on the rails each trolley is supplied with four pairs of the rollers in pairs linked among themselves. The driving trolley on the one hand is supplied with the guiding lateral rollers mounted on the two sides of the rail at each pair of the rollers. The axis of rotation of the guiding lateral rollers is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rollers. On the non-driving trolley on the one its side the rollers are made with the lateral flanges interacting with the rail. It allows to increase the device efficiency and to expand its production capabilities.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increase efficiency of the device and expansion of its production capabilities.
