FIELD: application of coats on surfaces possessing durable elasticity and high tensile strength.
SUBSTANCE: proposed composition includes binding component (i) containing at least 25 mass-% of calcium aluminate; binding component may contain one or several fillers in form of particles lesser than 10 mass-% of calcium sulfate in terms of mass of binding component; binding component also contains aqueous emulsion (ii) of organic polymer. Ratio of amount (ii) to (i) is so selected that ratio of mass of polymer solid phase ranges from 0.5:1 to 10:1, preferably from 0.6:1 to 2.5:1 Binding composition includes also dispersible organic polymer (iii); ratio of mass of this polymer to mass (i) ranges from 0.5:1 to 10:1, preferably from 0.6:1 to 2.5:1. Binding component (i) preferably contains fiber for enhancing tensile strength of coats made from hardening composition but not exceeding 5 mass-% of binding component (i). Specification describes method of production of hardening composition and method of application of such composition.
EFFECT: durable elasticity of coats and high tensile strength.
