FIELD: rubber industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention likewise relates to chemical, petrochemical, and other industry fields wherein pasty materials' granulation process is employed, e.g. in technology of preparing altax, captax, sulfonamides, and diphenylguanidine used for controlling vulcanization rate and improving performance characteristics of rubbers. Method comprises synthesis, crystallization, and isolation of target product in the form of aqueous solution of suspension whereto mineral oil is added. Resulting mixture is filtered off, squeezed into pasty mass with moisture 40-50%, and mixed with dry commercial product wastes in the form of fine dust, undersize materials, crumbs, and granule fragments at volume ratio to pasty mass at least 0.03:1. Thus obtained mix is subjected to extrusion followed by drying and molding into granules and powder. Method is implemented on installation which comprises equipment arranged in process downstream direction.

EFFECT: enabled continuous preparation of commercial product with elevated loose density (above 375 kg/cc) without decrease in productivity.
