FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: system of process lines comprises a line for production of granulated glass foam from crushed glass, a line for production of granulated glass foam ceramic material from opal-cristobalite raw materials, and also a combined line for production of inorganic granulated foam material. Lines consist of sections for treatment of glassy raw component and preparation of blowing agent for a composition produced in the section of treatment of glassy raw material, and these sections are common for the line for production of granulated glass foam from crushed glass and combined line, a section of raw materials treatment common for the line for production of granulated glass foam ceramic material from opal-cristobalite raw materials and the combined line, and also a section of mixing, moulding and production of granules from a composition produced at least on one section of raw materials treatment common for all lines.
EFFECT: simplified technology of foam material production with low density, with the possibility to regulate density, size and vapour permeability of granules.
