FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: said utility invention relates to the agriculture and may be used in the production of high quality organic fertilisers from agricultural waste in particular poultry farm waste. The method involves decreasing the source manure humidity to 50% or less, drying poultry manure in a microwave field in a chamber, with continuous moving of the product being processed, granulating, and granule drying. The source manure humidity is decreased by recirculating part of the dried product and mixing it with the source poultry manure, with subsequent homogenisation of the mixture resulting in the formation of loose porous product. The dried product is separated into the recirculating part (recycle), which is sent to the mixing stage for mixing with the source poultry manure, and the production part, which is sterilised by treating in a vortex layer apparatus. The amount of recycle with a humidity of 25-30% is varied within 80-230% of the source poultry manure weight, and the humidity of finished product granules is maintained within 10-22%.
EFFECT: enhanced ecological safety of poultry manure processing technology and finished product.
