SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cast iron compositions. Proposed cast iron comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: carbon, 2.7-3.3; silicon, 2.0-2.5; manganese, 1.5-2.5; chrome, 10.0-20.0; copper, 1.5-2.5; molybdenum, 1.0-2.0; zirconium, 0.2-0.4; calcium, 0.01-0.02; boron, 0.1-0.2; antimony, 0.01-0.02, and iron, the balance. Using this invention provides enhancing abrasion resistance of cast iron.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of cast iron.
