The composition contains (in g/l): the hydrochloric acid - 50-100, urotropine - 40-50, the aminoacetic acid - 3-5, the mixture of polyethyleneglycol ethers of the highest fatty alcohols of the structural formula R-O_{(CH2CH2O)nH, where R - the residual of fatty alcohol, п - in the average is equal to 20, 0.5-1, silicon oxide - 150-200, the water - up to 1 l. The technical result of the invention is the simultaneous effective removal of the corrosion products of zinc-coated and cadmium-plated surfaces and the base metal - the carbon steel without etching of its surface, assurance of the satisfactory adhesion of the protective coatings at their reconditioning, the feasibility to use the composition for treatment of the large-size details.}
