FIELD: organic chemistry, anticorrosive agents.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of machine units against corrosion, constructions and building made of cadmium-plated carbonaceous and low-alloy steels that contact with aqueous solutions of salts, acids, sewages, sea water and moistened soils. Derivative of antipyrine of the general formula: is used wherein R means hydrogen atom (H), -CH3, -C2H5, -C3H7, -C4H9, -C5H11, -C6H5, -C6H13 as inhibitors of corrosion of cadmium-plated steel in its presence in aqueous-saline medium containing sulfate-reducing microorganisms. Invention provides enhancing corrosion resistance of steel with cadmium cover and antipyrine derivative incorporated in process of electrolytic precipitation against effect of sulfate-reducing microorganisms in aqueous-saline medium.
EFFECT: valuable technical properties of inhibitor.
