SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as piston engine, pump or compressor. Proposed machine has body, piston made integral pusher which can be moved axially inside hollow drive shaft. Closed screw groove is made on outer surface of pusher in which links are arranged. Spaces of body and shaft form common cylindrical space accommodating two pistons with closed screw grooves on outer surfaces and links inside grooves. Parts of links projecting from limits of grooves are fixed in body. Common space is divided by partition and pistons onto four cylinder, pistons and shaft are connected by splines, spline joint of second piston being displaced relative to spline joint of first piston in direction of rotation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision of compact design and adaptability to manufacture.
