SUBSTANCE: processing device includes first buffer, which receives and stores samples, converted to digital form, at certain sample alternation frequency, and data processor, which extracts segments of samples, converted to digital form, from first buffer and processes extracted segments using a certain set of parameter values. Processor operation is based on processing synchronization signal having frequency which is higher (for example, ten or more times higher) than sample alternation frequency. Multiple copies of received signal may be processed by extracting and processing multiple sample segments converted to digital form, from first buffer. In typical case, receiving device also includes a receiver, which receives and processes digital signal for producing samples converted to digital form, and controller, which sets tasks for data processor.
EFFECT: increased processing efficiency.
