SUBSTANCE: mobile station receives attempt of locking in synchronism with pilot signal by processing signal received by means of first set of pseudorandom noise sequences and if it fails to lock in synchronism, signal received is processes by means of second set of pseudorandom noise sequences; in the process first set of pseudorandom noise sequences is generated in compliance with standard IS-95-A and second set of pseudorandom sequences may be reverse to first set.
EFFECT: reduced mean lock-in time.
