SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes duck meat cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; fresh white cabbage and onion shredding, wheat flour sautéing; gardenstuff chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with bone broth, sour cream, citric acid, sugar, table salt, and CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete specie, caraway, black pepper, red hot pepper, pimento, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
