SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to chopping, freezing and reducing new white cabbage upon a chopper, cutting and frying onions in melted butter and reducing them upon a chopper, steam blanching, cutting and reducing dried edible boletuses upon a chopper, cutting and infrared drying carrots up to true percentage of roasting losses followed by reducing it upon a chopper. Pork should be cut and reduced upon a chopper, wheat flour should be fried in melted butter. It is necessary to mix the above-mentioned components with bone broth, tomato paste, citric acid, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass, pyrolysis wood, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The components mentioned should be taken in the preset ratios. The obtained mixture should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
