FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition due to preparing the recipe components, cutting turkey meat, roasting it in melted butter and reducing upon a chopper, leek, white culinary roots should be blanched and reduced upon a chopper, carrots should be blanched and reduced upon a chopper, parsley greens and fresh grains of green peas should be frozen and reduced upon a chopper, wheat flour should be fried in melted butter. The components mentioned should be mixed with sour cream, bone broth, dry white wine, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass, hot black pepper and laurel leaf at the preset expenditure of the components taken. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
