Proposed medicinal formulation comprises nicotine, nicotinic salt, a derivative of nicotine or substance enhancing effect of nicotine in combination with at least one additional substance effecting on the central nervous system. Oral dosing an additional substance effecting on the central nervous system excludes adverse effects and providing a simple and safety intake of drug for patients.
