FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, meat and fish fine grinding equipment.

SUBSTANCE: cutter has bowl, shaft with set of knives, cover, sealant, and drive. Cutter is further provided with device for splitting and suppressing turbulence of liquid farce flow, said device being rigidly attached to horizontal strip of knife cover. Said device has at least two vertical guides arranged along concentric bowl circles and extending to distance less than or equal to one quarter the length of its circle and overlapped at the top with plates. Guide of larger diameter is spaced from terminating knife of said set by distance corresponding to thickness of knife set, and each subsequent guide is positioned in offset relation with respect to previous one by value equal to doubled thickness of knife set.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by eliminating the possibility of farce losses owing to splitting and suppressing of farce flow turbulence.
