FIELD: meat industry, in particular, equipment for fine chopping of meat and producing cooked or small sausages, pate etc. SUBSTANCE: cutter has body made in the form of split spherical member with discharge and charging branch pipes, drive shaft and sickle-shaped knives. Bushing is mounted within body coaxially with respect to drive shaft, which is connected through reduction gear with sickle-shaped knives and through wave gear with reduction gear body. Reduction gear is mounted through movable support on bushing for providing rotation of sickle-shaped knives in two mutually perpendicular planes. Blades for creating vacuum in working cavity of body are positioned in alternation on inner surface of bushing and on drive shaft. Bushing is provided with suction and discharge branch pipes preventing product from getting into suction zone. Wave gear cover is made conical.
