SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for chopping meat products. The cutter has a cutterhead mounted rotatable in the circular bowl and having at least one cutting knife positioned in one plane and this cutting knife (knives) is mounted in a rotationally fixed manner on the drive shaft. The cutting knife base has a toothed structure directed towards the drive shaft and having ridges and valleys and the toothed structure is used to position the cutting knife in a rotationally fixed manner in the compatible toothed structure on the drive shaft walls.
EFFECT: invention improves reliability and accuracy of fixing the knife on the shaft.
