FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: during the first stage it is important to carry out laparotomy, then between the leaves of hepato-duodenal ligament being near a cystic duct one should introduce 1 ml sterile turpentine and suture the wound due to layer-by-layer technique. Then during the second stage in about 5-7 d one should carry out relaparotomy and fulfill the infectioning of static bile with 1 ml 1 bln suspension of agar culture of Escherichia coli strain GISK N280 that produces LT-thermolabile enterotoxin. Then, also, due to layer-by-layer technique one should suture in the wound tightly. The innovation provides adequate reproduction of acute cholecystitis model at involving the collum of cholecyst.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
