FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cystic arteries and a cystic duct are experimentally ligatured in a laboratory animal (a porpoise). Thereafter, the bacterial culture E.Coli O-111 1 bln micr. bodies/100 g of animal's body weight and the proteolytic enzyme trypsin 3 mg/100 g of animal's body weight are introduced in a lumen of the gall bladder.
EFFECT: method provides reproduction of said pathology by the signs maximally closed to a natural clinical course of the disease in a human.
