FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treating patients with acute cholecystitis. That is ensured by surgical imposition of cholecystostoma through microlaparotomic access, sanation of gallbladder with removal of inflammatory exudate, bile and concrements. Operation endoscope is inserted into the gallbladder. Under visual control high-power laser demucosation is performed from neck to bottom of gallbladder, washing out coagulation scab. Completeness of coagulation of the gallbladder mucosa is visualized and the laser gallbladder coagulation is repeated until a uniform crusting.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of the patients with acute cholecystitis with the impossibility of cholecystectomy due to the severity of the patient's condition or the refusal of the operation in elderly and senile patients.
