SUBSTANCE: claimed food supplement with hypoglycemic properties represents ground grape seeds, wherein grape seeds are ground in thin film at pulsed pressure gradient of 70-90 MPa and temperature of 50-70°C.
EFFECT: food supplement of increased quality, containing functional ingredients with hypoglycemic properties, such as polyunsaturated fatty acids, essential amino acids, oil- and water-soluble vitamins.
