SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to the technology of manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition. The suggested canned food should be prepared due to preparing the recipe components, cutting, covering with table mustard, roasting in grease and reducing boiled-smoked ham upon a chopper, cutting, frying in grease and reducing tomatoes upon a chopper, chopping, freezing and reducing new head white head cabbage upon a chopper. The components mentioned should be mixed with bone broth, tomato paste and common salt. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
