SUBSTANCE: device has tube with circular motionless knife at top edge, response movable circular knife with cap and manual movement drive and return spring. Return spring closes circular knife in relation to motionless one. Manual movement drive of movable circular knife is made in form of slide. Slide is disposed in longitudinal groove of tube. Slide is tightly connected with circular knife and it is provided with ring-shaped protrusion disposed along its external surface; there is opening at shelf of protrusion. Tube has lower thread edge fixed in cap of container; channel of tube communicates with cavity of container. Cutting edges of movable and motionless circular knives are made in form of saw. There is also container in device, which container has to be handle.
EFFECT: efficient grinding and removal of silk graves.
