FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: compomer cement has basic paste, and activation paste, and contains polymerizable aroma component, fine fluoroaluminosilicate glass filler treated with sylane glaze agent and system for initiating polymerization being photoinitiator system for carrying out photo-cure and oxidation-reduction-initiator system for carrying out chemical cure. The compomer cement has 2,2-bis-[-(2-hydroxy-3-methacryloxypropyl)phenyl]propane adduct with maleic anhydride as the polymerizable aroma component and strontium fluoroaluminosilicate glass treated with γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysylane, bis-urethane dimethacrylate glycerol and bis-(methacryloxyethylenecarbonate)-diethyleneglycol as the filer, and photoinitiator system for carrying out photo-cure having camphorquinone, benzoin methyl ether and triethanolamine trimethacrylate and oxidation-reduction-initiator system for carrying out chemical cure containing benzoyl peroxide and dihydroxyethyl-para-toluidine as the systems for initiating polymerization.
EFFECT: high strength water-proof cement; improved adhesive properties.
