FIELD: processes and equipment for dry dust trapping.

SUBSTANCE: cyclone group includes four cyclones of main type mutually connected through common manifold for dust laden gas flow, common accumulator of purified gas and common hopper section; pedestal having four struts fastened by means of anchor bolts to piles and mutually joined through cross bars for forming rigid carcass. Two platforms for maintaining are mounted on carcass in such a way that first platform joins cyclones at level of hopper section and second platform joins cyclones at level of cylindrical part of cyclone housings and it is joined with first platform by means of ladder. Common manifold for dust-laden gas flow connects tangential branch pipes of cyclones arranged symmetrically at both sides from longitudinal and cross axes of manifold. Common accumulator for purified gas is in the form of hood being rectangular cross section box whose lower part connects outlet branch pipes of cyclones and whose upper part is connected with converging tube having common outlet opening. Common hopper section has two portions mutually divided by means of first platform for maintaining. Upper portion arranged over platform is in the form of rectangular box and lower portion is in the form of pyramid provided with flange and gate respectively.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of dust trapping process, lowered metal consumption, reduced vibration-acoustic activity of the whole apparatus.
