FIELD: processes and equipment for dust trapping, possibly in chemical, textile, food making and other industry branches for cleaning dust laded gases.
SUBSTANCE: installation includes cyclone and fine filter mutually connected through air conduit in such a way that outlet of cyclone is communicated with inlet of filter. Cyclone includes housing having cylindrical and cone portions; arranged in its upper part: peripheral inlet of gas flow and axial outlet branch pipe for cleaned gas. Cyclone is coupled with acoustic column having sound oscillation generator in its upper part. Lower part of acoustic column is connected with peripheral inlet of gas flow. Sound oscillation generator is connected with control unit. Fine filter is in the form of hose filter with regeneration system.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dust trapping.
