FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to humid dust catchers. The proposed dust separator comprises a cyclone with a bin and fine filter. The said cyclone comprises a casing, gas flow inlet, purified gas axial outlet branch pipe, exhaust pipe, acoustic column housing sound oscillation generator at its top and communicating, in its lower part, with the said purified gas axial outlet branch pipe. Air duct communicates aforesaid acoustic column with the said fine filter. The fine filter represents a sleeve-type filter incorporating a regeneration system and comprises a casing to house a set of filters with the sleeve-type filtration elements, polluted air inlet box and purified air outlet box and a bin-type accumulator. The casing of the set of filters accommodates a temperature pickup, while the dust bin houses the emergent dust level pickup and the outlet box comprises the thermal automatic warning pickup. The outputs of aforesaid pickups are connected to common microprocessor mounted in the control box. The outlet box houses the manifold with nozzles to be connected to fire fighting system with its control unit connected to the common microprocessor and portable unloading system control board.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust separation.
