FIELD: extruded food products line.
SUBSTANCE: line has charging hopper, mixer, apparatus for preliminary hydrothermal processing of basic material, extruder, granule cutting knife, sieve, crusher, and cyclone. Mixer and said apparatus are made as single horizontal trough-shaped housing with branch pipes for feeding of steam into housing within which is positioned rotating perforated screw for directing of steam into casing. Charging device of extruder is designed for movement on extruder casing surface. Sieve-cooler is made in the form of cylindrical inclined casing with extruded product feeding device, cooling air feeding branch pipes, and branch pipes for discharge of used air containing dust fractions. Rotating cylindrical two-sectioned perforated drum is positioned within sieve-cooler, with first section having smaller perforations and second section having perforations corresponding to standard diameter of extruded products. Lower part of sieve-cooler casing is divided into two discharge hoppers, first section of perforated drum having smaller perforations is disposed above first discharge hopper, and second section of perforated drum having perforations for standard extruded products is disposed above second discharge hopper. Ready product is charged on automatic charging machine into packages which are then stacked and fed into boxes on automatic packaging machine. Large-sized fraction of extruded products is delivered from inclined cylindrical drum to be then ground in grinder and directed into intermediate hopper-accumulator, and small-sized fraction is directed into intermediate hopper-accumulator. Used air in conjunction with dust fractions is discharged from sieve-cooler and fed into cyclone, wherein said fractions are caught and directed into intermediate hopper-accumulator, to be then delivered from it into conditioner for steam treatment and fed into extruder for repeated forming.
EFFECT: reduced rejection and basic material losses, provision for selecting of modes most useful for processing of non-standard product without deteriorating its quality.
