FIELD: shipbuilding; profiling of mono-catamaran lines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ship has hull with central keel and side bilges, fore part with V-shaped outline at gradual increase of angle in backward direction between side bilges from definite magnitude to 180° in aft part of ship provided with side bilges extending in accordance with side lines of hull. Side bilges have lower edge beginning from the stern which is located under waterline behind the midship section at subsequent rise and smooth merging together with fore part of ship's hull. Central keel has rise behind midship section. Side bilges of aft part of ship may be parallel or diverging from bottom to deck. Side parts of aft part of hull may be vertical or convergent downward over entire length. Provision is made for shifting the fore wave system to the bottom of ship's hull for recuperation of part of energy consumed at forming the wave system.
EFFECT: increased hydrodynamic support of ship's hull.
