SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage cutting and freezing; onion and garlic cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; rye bread and pork ham cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; green onion cutting. Abovementioned components are blended with tomato paste, table salt, red hot pepper in oxygen-free atmosphere, pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
