SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage, onion, tomato, and paprika cutting and freezing; pea cooking up to mass increasing by 150 %; carrot blanching and cutting; potato and celery root cutting and blanching; beef, mutton, chicken, cooked sausage, and speck cutting; garlic pulping. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with canned corn, table salt, and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
