SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage, bulb onion and vegetable pepper in grinder; cooking pea so as to increase weight by 150% and grinding in grinder; blanching and grinding carrot in grinder; cutting, blanching and grinding potato and celery root in grinder; cutting and grinding beef, mutton, chicken, cooked sausage and fat in grinder; rubbing garlic; grinding preserved sugar corn in grinder; mixing said components with bone soup, tomato paste, edible salt, and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper; packing resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: wider range of canned food with increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
