FIELD: apparatuses for transmitting mechanical energy to rotating and moving members, namely cutting-crimping tools.

SUBSTANCE: cutting and squeezing apparatus includes electromechanical drive unit and working tool with handles. Detachable tie rod is secured to one of said handles. Gear mechanism joined through flexible shaft by means of driving pinion with reduction gear - motor is mounted on said tie rod. On other handle regulated adapter and connecting rod are jointly mounted. Second end of connecting rod is eccentrically joined to driving pinion. Driven gear wheel has fragment of ratchet wheel whose teeth engage with elastic membrane of spring-loaded rotary bracket.

EFFECT: lowered physical load, shortened time period for performing large number of different fitter's, assembling and other operations.
