METHOD FOR RESTORING SECTORS OF SLIT RING OF NOZZLE APPARATUS OF TURBINE OF GAS TURBINE ENGINE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B23P6/00 B23K1/08 

Abstract RU 2302937 C2

FIELD: turbine machine engineering, namely restoration of sectors of nozzle apparatus of turbine of gas turbine engines for gas pumping plants and aircrafts.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminary preparation of inner worn surface of sectors; forming plates; assembling sectors and plates for soldering with use of belt straps. At assembling for soldering nickel grid with cell 0.04 mm and thickness 0.075 - 0.08 mm is placed between sector and plate. Along long side of sector feeder-recess of nickel grid is formed for placing powder solder. Assembled block for soldering is arranged horizontally. Soldering is realized in vacuum at temperature 1220 - 1240°C for 20 - 30 min. Sectors are cooled at first in vacuum furnace till temperature 150°C and then in air. Soldering quality is controlled and sectors assembled to ring are subjected to mechanical working.

EFFECT: improved quantity of soldered joint of joined surfaces, lowered labor consumption.
