FIELD: rubber industry; mechanical engineering; press molds for manufacture of the reinforced mechanical rubber articles.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering and rubber industry, in particular, to manufacture of the reinforced mechanical rubber articles by vulcanization in the press mold and may be used for manufacture of the reinforced shock dampers, the resilient hinged suspensions. The technical result of the invention is provision of the control over the position of the elements of the fittings and the gaps between them for improvement of the quality of manufacture of the article. The technical result of the invention is achieved due to the fact, that the press mold for manufacture of the reinforced mechanical rubber articles with the multilayered located elements of the fittings and the layers of the elastomer contains the upper and the lower half-molds, the upper and the lower shaping rings and clampers of the fittings elements. At that the clampers of the fittings elements are made split in the vertical plane along the longitudinal axis. In the points of the fittings elements clampers mounting in the upper and the lower shaping rings there are the radial grooves.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the reinforced mechanical rubber articles, provision of the control over the position of the elements of the fittings and the gaps between them for improvement of the quality of the reinforced mechanical rubber articles.
