FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of reinforced industrial rubber goods by curing in moulding tool and may be used for making resilient support hinges of solid-propellant rocket engine nozzle units. Proposed invention aims at increasing quality of said articles. Moulding tool comprises top and bottom half-moulds, top and bottom forming rings, and retainers of fittings. Note here that it is furnished with screws to be fitted through threaded holes in forming rings against the stop, and set of plates to be arranged between support and forming rings. Total thickness of said plates equals the amount of support ring displacement relative to forming ring defined in tightening support ring by screws in preassembly of moulding tool.
EFFECT: moulding tool to be used for making resilient support hinges of solid-propellant rocket engine nozzle units.
