FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the high-purity ammonium dimolybdate or the molybdenum oxide.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the high-purity ammonium dimolybdate or the molybdenum oxide. The method provides for the oxidization of the water pulp of the low-quality molybdenite concentrates in the gaseous medium containing the free oxygen under pressure at least of near to 0.34 MPa, and at the temperature at least of near to 200°С with production of the intermediate product consisting by 99 % out of the oxidized molybdenum concentrates, where more than 80 % of the molybdenum are contained in the non-soluble form. At that the part of the indicated produced first intermediate product is sent back to the stage of the pulp formation. The intermediate product is subjected to the leaching - either the alkaline or ammoniacal leaching before and after its sharing into the liquid phase and the solid phase. The produced solution then is either filtered or extracted by the dissolvent, crystallized and calcined, or filtered, crystallized and calcined, with production of the product suitable for extraction of the chemically pure molybdenum oxide. The invention allows to produce the high-quality product at reduction of the capital expenditure and the operational costs.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the high-quality product at reduction of the capital expenditure and the operational costs.
