FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing cement, fiber, and water followed by heating. The latter operation is performed since the moment of setting of indicated compositions at 40-90°C and ended at the setting end moment.
EFFECT: spared energy at manufacture of fibrocement compositions, increased crack growth resistance at sufficient adhesion of fiber to hardened cement matrix, and achieved composition prestress effect after cooling and shortening of fiber.
