FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential crank mechanism comprises two drives for output shafts (2) and (3), cylindrical reduction gear (1) provided with wheels (4), (6), and (7), and shaft-pinion (5). Central crank (8) is mounted on output shaft (2) of the reduction gear and has planet gear of outer engagement mounted inside its housing. The planet gear has central wheel (9) and satellite (10) that is mounted on output shaft (11) of central crank (8). Driving crank (12) is mounted on output end of shaft (11) of central crank (8). The number of teeth of central wheel (9) of satellite (10) and gearing pairs of the reduction gear are chosen so that when the central crank is turned through one complete revolution, the driving crank is also turned through one complete revolution, but in opposite direction. The cranks are mounted so that their radii point in one direction and are extensions one of the other when they are positioned vertically.
