FIELD: oil production, particularly driving devices of sucker-rod pumps adapted to produce oil from oil wells.
SUBSTANCE: pumping unit comprises base, column and electric motor connected to reducing gear through V-belt drive. Translating differential crank mechanism is installed on output shaft of reduction gear from the first side and comprises two cranks, namely central and driving ones connected through planetary gear. The central crank is rigidly connected to output shaft of reducing gear, the driving one is installed on output shaft of central crank. Rod carrier bar is arranged from another reduction gear side. Post with cross-bar is installed between the rod carrier bar and tension pulley and has movable guiding pulleys. The tension pulley is arranged on the driving crank. The post is mounted on the column or directly on pumping unit base over the reduction gear so that post axis, longitudinal cross-bar axis, rod carrier bar axis and point of tension pulley connection to driving crank are in common vertical plane defined by output reducing gear shaft axis. Flexible member passes over the tension pulley installed on the driving crank and is connected to the rod carrier bar through guiding pulleys. The pumping unit is fitted with weights attached to guiding and central cranks to balance the pumping unit.
EFFECT: provision of curvilinear tension pulley reciprocation, post loading with vertical forces only and crank counterrotation, which results in mutual balancing of forces, appeared during crank rotation.
