FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sucker-rod pump drive. Drive comprises housing accommodating input and output shafts, motor engaged with input shaft, gear wheels and satellite. Fixed elliptical gear wheel is rigidly fixed on the housing. Another elliptical gear wheel is installed on the output shaft. Drive contains a carrier connected through a rotary kinematic pair to a satellite shaft consisting of an elliptical gear wheel and an elliptical gear turned through 180° relative to each other and connected by shaft. Elliptical gear wheel of the satellite is connected to a fixed elliptical gear wheel of the same size. Elliptical gear of the satellite is in gearing with an elliptical gear wheel of the same size. Major semi-axles a of all elliptical wheels are identical. All elliptical wheels are installed on their shafts in such a way that the axis of rotation of the shaft passes through the focus of the dividing ellipse located on the major semi-axis of the dividing ellipse at a distance c1 equal to from centre of dividing ellipse for one pair of wheels, having minor semi-axis b1, and distance c2 equal to for the other pair, having a minor semi-axis b2, and thus their engagement continuity is achieved. On the input shaft there is a cylindrical gear wheel connected to the carrier by a gear transmission. Carrier is made in the form of a cylindrical gear wheel installed on the intermediate shaft and connected through a rotary kinematic pair to the satellite shaft. Fixed elliptical gear wheel, intermediate and output shafts are coaxial. On the carrier opposite to the satellite shaft at the distance equal to the distance between the axes of rotation of the intermediate shaft and the satellite shaft there is a counterweight, the mass of which is equal to the mass of the satellite. On output shaft impeller is rigidly fixed, to which string of rods is attached by means of rope suspension.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of overall dimensions of the drive of the sucker-rod pump unit in the axial direction, as well as providing higher balance.
