SUBSTANCE: complex comprises charging device, gas piston power station, steam-water plant, collector for distillated water and gas generator with water boiler, combustion chamber, chamber for heating generator gas, heating atmospheric air, steam generation and zones of regeneration, cleaning the generator gas, and withdrawing of generation gas. The complex is provided with a device for separating and sucking smoke. The inlet of the device is connected with the zone of withdrawing the generator gas, and the outlet is connected with the additional cooler-stabilizer whose outlets are connected with the inlets of gas-piston power plant, steam plant and steam generation chamber and water boiler through the collector of distillated water and with the combustion chamber of the gas generator through the chamber for heating the generator gas.
