FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used in households, farms and industry. Task is to create an invention for increasing the gas generator gas cleaning degree. Solving said problem is achieved in a gas generator comprising housings, a loading device, main cavity in which reactor is installed, ash compartment under reactor with grate and unloading device, air supply system to gas generator, gas duct, gas generator gas cleaning system, the outlet of which is connected through a heat exchanger to the gas generator gas consumer, in that the gas generator is made of three bodies: external, medium and internal with annular gaps between them, wherein external annular gap is filled with heat-insulating material, inside the inner cylindrical housing in its lower part there is a swirling flow device, to the inner annular gap is connected to the inlet annular channel in the lower part and the outlet header with the outlet holes – in the upper part, connecting the internal annular gap to the cavity of the outlet header, which is connected to the gas duct by the gas duct, and an emergency afterburner is connected to the gas duct by a discharge pipe via a controlled valve. Swirling device can be made in the form of annular grid with blades installed on periphery with inclination to axis of gas generator. Blades can be installed with inclination to radial direction. Lower end of flow swirling device can be located at distance h from grate upper end face at distance determined from ratio: h=(0.01…0.03)H0, where h is an axial gap; H0 is the middle hull inner height. Gas generator can be equipped with control unit, to which sensors controller is connected, and sensors: gas analyzer installed at outlet of catalytic afterburner, gas generator gas temperature sensor, installed at heat exchanger outlet, at that, outputs of sensors by control lines are connected to inputs to sensor controller. Grate can be of annular shape with side wall in form of truncated cone.

EFFECT: higher degree of gas-generator gas cleaning.
